Group Healing Process Meditation

Description

This process incorporates God light energy for the purpose of healing. A facilitator can use this process with the group in order to encourage the entire group to work on one individual; Specific instructions are given for generating, directing, and targeting this energy into each individual in the group; The group formulates a circle, either standing or sitting, and a chair is placed in the center on which the surrogate for healing sits; Each person has an opportunity to receive healing light from the rest of the group. The process is easily taught, and can be used alongside other healing modalities to involve the entire group. Although this is a teaching meditation, it can also be used for individuals.
